Deluxepacker 1.51 released

Since I frequently see that people still have lots of old caves made with the original PLCK and also with Lord Diego's Effect Kit. And since importing old caves in CLCK is accompanied with some compromises, I thought an update was in order. And here you are. So if you still have those caves lying around somewhere, now it's a good time to build a game out of it.

Version 1.5:
- Diego Effects are finally supported. Unlike with the effect enabled No1 packer 5.3, this new packer can mix caves from the Effekt Kit and the original PLCK.
- After the bonus life effect, the cave's original border color is displayed again now. (It was always black before)
- Long hatching delay in two-player-games removed.
- Prof. Knibble's bonus life effect is used now because his one is much more timing friendly.

Bad news: An incompatible Effect Kit appeared.
The good news: I can patch the Deluxepacker 1.5 to be compatible to that version as well.
